Boston Speech Foundation Inc
The goal of the BSF is to provide scholarship funding for speech therapy, primarily stuttering, to children and adults, who may not otherwise be able to afford it. As a secondary goal, the BSF aims to raise awareness of stuttering in the general public. The BSF realizes that insurance often does not cover therapy for stuttering. The BSF believes strongly that (a) early intervention is of paramount importance to improving the lives of children, and (b) intensive therapy for adults can be effective in changing lives.
