National Doctors' Day, celebrated March 30, is a time to recognize and honor physicians, nurses and health care professionals at Upstate Medical University. As part of its annual tradition, the Upstate Foundation gave grateful patients the opportunity to send tribute notes to thank their providers for exceptional care. This year 478 tributes were received.
