THE COMPANY WAS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY TO DEVELOP, OWN, AND OPERATE A 100-UNIT LOW-INCOME HOUSING PROJECT PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE HOUSING ACT OF 1959.

We also administer Onondaga Countys Rental Assistance Program Section 8 which serves over 1200 households.
