Warren Land Conservation Trust is a private, non-profit organization founded in 1987 to protect open space in Warren and keep that land undeveloped forever The Warren Land Trust is a private, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization founded in 1987 to protect open space in Warren and keep that land undeveloped forever. The trust preserves, stewards and restores land for the benefit of the general public and the conservation of Warren’s natural resources. The trust recognizes the rich traditions of the native people who lived as one with the land. We are honored to be acting as stewards of these historic properties, maintaining them as much as possible in their natural state. Note: In 2024, we changed our name from The Warren Land Conservation Trust, Inc. to the Warren Land Trust, Inc. This name change has been recognized by the IRS, but has yet to appear in IRS Pub. 78.
