The purpose of the foundation is to improve the quality of life for people in the LaFollette area and in the community of Campbell County Tennessee by making funds available in the form of grants to approved applicants. GRANT APPLICATION Mission Statement To serve the health and medical needs of the people of the LaFollette community which includes all of Campbell County Tennessee.
