LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR STRATEGY THEORY OF CHANGE what39s happening now OPPOSING THE GOVERNOR39S PLAN TO REUSE FRACKING WASTE We opposed the Governor39s Strategic Water Supply an outrageous plan to use public money to fund treatment and reuse of fracking waste a process lacking scientific evidence of safety and necessity. We won defeating five enabling bills in the 2024 legislative session but the next fight is taking place now at the Water Quality Control Commission where the administration is pushing a rule to enable fracking waste reuse.
