High Hopes Foundation WELCOME. The High Hopes Foundation is committed to providing lifeenhancing assistance promoting more indepedence more inclusion and more fun to New Hampshires chronically ill children. Our guiding principle is to Make Hope Happen. A 501c3 nonprofit High Hopes Foundation of New Hampshire has been providing lifeenhancing equipment assistance and opportunities to New Hampshires chronically ill children and their families since 1983.

Natalie is an 8 year old little girl with a big personality diagnosed with ataxic cerebral palsy and brain stem atrophy. She loves music, “playing” the guitar and being outside. Due to her diagnoses, she presents with balance and motor planning impairments making overall gross motor skills difficult and sometimes unsafe.

Max is a very happy 13 year old boy who has a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Hypotonia, and Macrocephaly. As a result of his diagnoses, Max experiences a variety of challenges related to motor skills, coordination, strength and sensory processing, all of which significantly impact his ability to participate in typical physical activities. He receives physical therapy services twice a week and occupational therapy twice monthly where he works hard on improving his motor skills and strength.
