We provide support to young people with disabilities, their families, and the professionals who work with them. Te podemos ayudar en español también! Free Help Line, workshops, and resources The mission of INCLUDEnyc is to foster bright futures for young people (birth to age 26) with any disability by creating access to educational, employment, and independent living opportunities, and advocating with families for meaningful inclusion in the broader community. We help families understand their rights, navigate important transition periods (kindergarten, middle, high school, and leaving school), and access services to support their child. We also work directly with young people—especially those from low-income, immigrant, and underserved communities—to help them stay on track to graduate from high school, explore postsecondary employment or higher education options, develop social skills, and transition into adult life.
