Community and Economic Development Throughout Fairfield County local Nonprofits are focused on community development activities that build stronger and more resilient communities. They build progressive communities by promoting safer neighborhoods ensuring stable and affordable housing investing in sound environmental conditions and building economic selfsufficiency. Children and Families Creating lasting change begins with programs that enable families and young people especially those who need us most to reach their full potential as productive caring responsible citizens.
