Founded in 2001, the Middle East Bible Outreach (MEBO) is a faith-based 501(c)3 organization and fiscal sponsor. Our mission is to support and partner with Thimar-LSESD to serve the Church in Lebanon and the Arab World through spiritual, social, and educational development. MEBO is supportive of LSESD in their vision to see God glorified, people reconciled, and communities restored through the Church in the Arab World.

Displaced for the seventh time Throughout the past 50 years Pastor Maroun has been forced to leave his home in southern Lebanon seven times. The war between Hezbollah and Israel forced him to flee again.

Movement Day Lebanon convened on February 14th, 2025, at Habtoor Hotel. Under the patronage of Joseph Kassab, President of the Supreme Council of Evangelical churches in Lebanon and Syria, the event addressed the theme "Behold, I will do a new thing. " The program included mission from President Kassab, a biblical reflection on transformation, and a plenary panel discussion on leading through change.
