Vermont Adult Learning (VAL) provides adults 16 years and older with necessary skills to successfully transition to employment and post-secondary education. Services are FREE! Vermont Adult Learning’s mission is to create an innovative, inclusive, and equitable learning environment that provides personalized opportunities for education and career development for Vermont residents by building relationships, strengthening communities, and fostering life-long learning. VAL has learning centers in Vermont's Addison, Chittenden, Franklin, Grand Isle, Rutland, Windham, and Windsor Counties as well as an Online Learning Center for remote learning opportunities.
