THE OBJECTIVES AND GOALS OF THE INSTITUTE SHALL BE TO RECEIVE AND ADMINISTER FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING AND SUPPORTING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR LAWYERS, LEGAL ACADEMICS, AND MEMBERS OF THE JUDICIARY, CONFERENCES AND PUBLICATIONS WHICH WILL ADVANCE THE STUDY AND SCIENCE OF JURISPRUDENCE; AND TO PROMOTE THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE.

The oneday Forum showcases our unique ability to bring together judges legal scholars and practicing attorneys and provide an opportunity to engage in an open dialogue about major issues affecting civil justice in America. Academic Symposium Periodically NCJI partners with the nations top law schools to sponsor new research to support the civil justice system. The resulting academic papers published in the cosponsoring schools Law Review are distributed broadly and cited in research briefs and court decisions.
