WHC offers general medical care, chronic disease management, gynecology/birth control, sexually-transmitted disease testing and treatment, limited on-site dental care or referrals to regional dental clinics, health education and medication assistance. WHC provided more than 2800 patient visits to patients without public or private health insurance and with incomes at or below 200% of the Federal poverty level (FPL). Over half of patients had annual incomes of less than $19,000. The vast majority of the patient population were low-income working people, with only 5% of the patient population legal status as undocumented. Over 79% of our medical health patients have incomes at or below 150% FPL. Seventy-eight percent (78%) fall in the traditional age range of the workforce (19 to 64 years). WHC qualifications are 1.
