Capital District Youth Soccer League located in Albany, NY and comprised of 46 clubs from northeastern NY and western Massachusetts. The purpose of this league is to promote all aspects of the game of soccer to youths of the Capital District from the age of 5 up to the age of 19 TO PROVIDE THE GAME OF SOCCER TO AS MANY YOUTH PLAYERS AS POSSIBLE FOR: FALL AND SPRING LEAGUE PLAY, PLAYER DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY, SENIOR SHOWCASE AND EMPIRE CUP TOURNAMENTS.

Capital District Youth Soccer League | Home News Effective March 2025 US Soccer Referee Abuse Penalties US Soccer has updated its Referee Abuse Prevention Policy Policy 5319 which is designed to make youth and amateur matches more safe more fun and more empowering for everyone involved. The updated policy is to protect referees and restore respect to the game. The updated policy includes stronger sanctions for any form of physical or or nonphysical abuse towards referees.
