Overview

Billerica Access Television Inc, often abbreviated as BATV, is a private non-profit, non-commercial Public, Educational, and Government (PEG) Access Television station based in Billerica, Massachusetts. It was incorporated in 1987.

Mission and Objectives

BATV serves as Billerica's First Amendment Forum, an electronic soapbox, and a clearing house of information. The organization is dedicated to promoting the expression of free speech and ideas. It achieves this by providing resources and training programs to community members, encouraging them to express themselves through video production and other media formats.
