The Rose of Sharon Soup Kitchen could really use the following items.... Desperately! Coffee, sugar, butter, eggs, solo cups, and all kinds of paper products like paper plates and paper towels. Well over 300 meals are being served to people from all walks of life at The Rose of Sharon Soup Kitchen. Sometimes people just need a little relief and a dose of Hope and the encouragement that we provide at our soup kitchen. As summer is upon us and donations are dwindling, WE NEED YOUR HELP to keep us from the same financial bind we were in last year. Your donation will go directly to supporting our critical programs of not only feeding people, but providing the assistance to help people better their lives. From sponsoring people in drug rehabilitation, to assisting people in finding employment, to providing people with ID’s that are critical for employment, to assisting people in apartment placement and getting them off the streets, we continue to be a ‘life line’ for hundreds of people in our community.
