Mission The mission of Gift of Life International is to fund, organize and provide the logistic support for a medical team specialized in Pediatric Heart Surgery to visit a foreign country. We not only perform surgery on children under the age 12 with genetic heart abnormalities such as Arterial Septal Defect, entricular Septal Defect and a list of other genetic heart defects; but transfer the technology of pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery to the local staff. Without the operation these children would rarely survive past the age of 12.
