At 12:40 on 2/10/2025 CHFD was dispatched automatic mutual aid to a reported structure fire on Cayuga Heights Rd in the Village of Lansing. Engine 203, Ladder 231, Engine 202 and Car 262 responded. Car 262 arrived on scene and confirmed a working house fire with the garage fully involved. Engine 203 arrived shortly after and assumed the attack position. The fire was quickly brought under control and prevented from spreading further into the structure. We are proud to assist our mutual aid partners. (fb)

The department39s approximately 50 firefighters operate two rescue engines a ladder truck and an ALS rescue vehicle.
