Financial Women of San Francisco aims to advance women in finance and financial services by promoting their inclusion, career development, and leadership. Financial Women of San Francisco (FWSF) is a professional women’s organization founded in 1956—the first such organization in the country. THE FWSF SCHOLARSHIP FUND PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS FOR SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA WOMEN STUDYING IN THE AREAS OF FINANCE OR FINANCIAL SERVICES. AN AFFILIATION WITH THE FINANCIAL WOMEN OF SAN FRANCISCO PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO MEET POTENTIAL MENTORS AND NETWORK WITH SUCCESSFUL FINANCE PROFESSIONALS WHILE ATTENDING BOTH LEARNING AND SOCIALLY-ORIENTED FUNCTIONS.
