Our Vision is for Everyone to See What is Possible! We provide free vision rehabilitation to individuals of all ages. 501(c)(3) nonprofit since 1926! Our mission is for everyone to see what is possible! VISIONS/Services for the Blind offers free pro VISIONS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rehabilitation and social service organization, whose mission is to develop and implement individualized programs to assist people who are blind and visually impaired of all ages to lead independent and active lives, and to educate the public to understand their needs and capabilities. Some of the FREE services we provide include: Individualized rehabilitation training at home or in the community Social services Employment training and job development Group and community education and activities Focus on blind individuals with low income primarily in the Greater New York Area including those with multiple disabilities, elders, limited-English speakers and culturally diverse consumers and their families and unpaid caregivers.
