Regulatory Assistance Project (RAP)® is an independent, global organization advancing policy innovation, education, and thought leadership within the energy community to create a clean, reliable, equitable, and cost-efficient energy future. RAP's international team of experts educates and partners with decisionmakers to develop data-informed, real-world solutions. We research and seek solutions that are not only cost-effective and reliable, but which also create stronger, more equitable communities. RAP educates policymakers and helps them navigate the complex world of clean energy policy creation and negotiation. Our teams focus on the four largest power markets responsible for half the world's power generation: China, Europe, India, and the United States.
