Since 1924, Stony Brook athletes have defended the Blue & White on Fitch Field. This week, the Bears stepped onto a transformed Fitch that now features a brand new synthetic grass field. This improved surface will change the game for Stony Brook students for years to come and was made possible by our generous givers. To celebrate this new addition to campus, join us on April 9th for Portledge Day as we face off with our league rivals in baseball (4:30pm), boys' lacrosse (4:30pm), boys' tennis (4:30pm), and girls' lacrosse (6:15pm). Food and refreshments are available for all parents, alumni, and faculty. It’s the perfect opportunity to see the new field in action and cheer on the Bears! We hope to see you there.
