Promoting safe and healthy environments for children through parent education, support, and child abu The purpose of the organization is to carry out our mission of child abuse prevention through parent education and support. We strive toward this mission by providing a comprehensive array of educational and supportive services to families and child care providers including child developmental screenings, home visitation and linkage to community resources in order to enable healthy family relationships, improve health and other childhood outcomes, reduce the risk of abuse and neglect and prepare children for productive lives. We provide these services to the Greater Danbury Area 10 towns including: Danbury, Bethel, Bridgewater, Brookfield, New Fairfield, New Milford, Newtown, Redding, Ridgefield & Sherman. Our programs are particularly aimed at our community's most vulnerable residents.
