At The Foundation for Positive Psychology our mission is to normalize and “de-stigmatize” mental health treatment and services by educating the public through our radio show, podcast, newsletter, social media and on-line workshops about the dramatic changes in our society and the effects of it’s stressors on all human beings. We also seek to provide information and skills through the Safe Conversations Initiative to promote communication and connection in our communities, organizations, and families.

The Foundation for Positive Psychology The Positive Mind is a onehour Radio Show and Podcast that currently airs on the Pacifica Radio Network. This nationwide alliance of ListenerSupported Radio Affiliates allows us to provide Mental Health education skills and resources free of charge and free of advertising. We also provide the show as a Podcast on major podcast sites like Spotify Apple and Google. Hosted by Kevin ODonoghue LMHC and Niseema Dyan Diemer LMT Trauma Specialist The Positive Mind has evolved to incorporate multiple points of view about the daytoday stressors and mental health challenges that many people face.
