Did you know that Maine hosts the only population of native Atlantic Salmon in the United States? 🐟🐟🐟 In this presentation, long-time 7 Lakes board member, Pete Kallin, will focus on the life cycle of Atlantic Salmon and the threats to this Federally Endangered Species. We had a wonderful hike on The Mountain celebrating the return of spring with Constance Woodworth from WorthIt NFTC! 🌱🌸🐤 On our trek were visited by a downy woodpecker, saw interesting ice formations on the rocks, and welcomed the return of bright green moss patches that had been hidden under the snow all winter. ☀️🐿️🍃 Thank you to all that chose to ring in spring by being present in nature with us!
