ARF-SEPA Animal Rescue Foundation of SEPA ARFSEPA The Animal Rescue Foundation of Southeastern Pennsylvania is a nonprofit 501c3 organization dedicated to saving unwanted and forgotten pets in highkill shelters. We hope to save as many animals as possible from euthanasia and find them permanent loving homes. We are an allvolunteer organization that utilizes a foster home network so that no rescued animals have to spend unnecessary time in a shelter. ARFSEPA fosters have the amazing opportunity to save dogs and cats that are at risk of euthanasia.
