The Putney Mountain Association, (PMA) is a small 501(c)(3) all volunteer community-based conservation organization, focused on conserving Windmill Ridge for wildlife habitat and non-mechanized outdoor public recreation. http://www.putneymountain.org THE PUTNEY MOUNTAIN ASSOCIATION BELIEVES THERE IS A VITAL LINK BETWEEN HUMAN BEINGS AND THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT. OUR PRIMARY OBJECTIVES ARE TO STRENGTHEN THAT LINK BY PRESERVING UNDEVELOPED LAND ON WINDMILL RIDGE IN SOUTHEASTERN VERMONT FOR THE BENEFIT AND ENJOYMENT OF PRESENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS AND TO PROTECT THE NATURAL HABITAT AND WILDLIFE CORRIDOR OF THE AREA.
