Meet Atisha — also known as “Tea” — our 2025 Youth of the Year finalist from the Josh Kraft Mattapan Teen Center! For the past four years, Tea has called JKMTC her home away from home. Whether she’s starring in one of our original documentary films, contributing to our album Late Nightz, or mentoring younger members, her impact has been felt throughout the Mattapan community. “I’ve had so many amazing opportunities here and I’m so grateful for how much I’ve grown.” Tea’s future is just as inspiring as her journey so far.
