Our adoptions are by appointment only. Learn how to adopt here If you need to rehome or surrender an animal DO NOT abandon them at the Ulster County SPCA . We are happy to work with you and your situation to take the animal into our care. Abandoning an animal is against the law and anyone who does so will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
