Home - MEBA Creating Career Connections in the Midlands With your help we can continue to make a difference. MEBA provides a variety of opportunities for Midlands employers and industry experts to become actively and meaningfully involved in education within our service area of Fairfield Lexington and Richland Counties. From connecting to one of our 16 career clusters to volunteering as a classroom speaker to providing workbased learning opportunities MEBA business partners connect directly with Midlandss educators students and parents increasing educational opportunities and creating a more qualified workforce.
