The DeKalb Criminal Justice Treatment Coalition TREATMENT IS JUSTICE DCJTC is Changing Lives How Wex27re Creating Change The DeKalb Criminal Justice Treatment Coalition is a designated 501c3 nonprofit advisory council to the DeKalb County Misdemeanor Mental Health Treatment Court. We are committed to bringing treatment to individuals whose mental health and related challenges have pulled them into the criminal justice system. Through funding and support of Courtimplemented programs and community outreach DCJTC facilitates helping criminal defendants with mental illness exit the system and reach their full potential as citizens of DeKalb County Georgia and beyond. Get Involved We bring change only with the help of Georgians who believe in our mission and support it with donations volunteering and spreading the word to others.
