TO PROMOTE AND FURTHER THE INTEREST IN AGRICULTURE IN ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREAS. TO ENCOURAGE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH LEADERSHIP THROUGH AGRICULTURALLY- RELATED COMPETITION AND PARTICIPATORY ACTIVITIES. TO PARTICIPATE IN AND ENCOURAGE COMMUNITY-BASED EFFORTS AIMED AT PROMOTING SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA.
