Join us for a Visiting Artist talk with artist and educator Hannah Vogel at noon on Monday, April 7, in Osher Hall. Vogel uses craft-based materials and techniques in non-traditional ways to make sculptures and installations that examine the psychological effects of the climate crisis. She has exhibited her work nationally and internationally, including at The Huntington Museum of Art, The Spartanburg Art Museum, The Delaware Contemporary, The National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute, and the Biblioteca Henestrosa in Oaxaca, Mexico. Today was such an amazing day with @comicartsmaineportland ! Tons of cool MECA&D people and a ton of other amazing artists were at the first annual CAMP today selling our comics @portlandpubliclibrary . The turn out was AMAZING, thank you thank you thank you to everyone who put the event together, all of the amazing exhibitors, and of course everyone who showed up to support indie artists!! it was truly truly so much fun and I can’t wait to do it again next year!! ok luv u bye <3 -Brad .
