Brain Injury Association of Maine Inc
In 1985, the BIA became an affiliate of what would become the Brain Injury Association of America. In order to fulfill its mission, the BIA relies heavily on volunteers and a small staff to create awareness, promote brain safety and health, and educate the community at large about the issues surrounding brain injury, and ways to promote the quality of life of those touched by this disability.
