The Southeast Arkansas Cornerstone Coalition, Inc., is organized exclusively to support, promote and enhance economic development for the general benefit of the people in the region comprised of Bradley, Lincoln, Desha, Drew, Chicot and Ashley Counties, Arkansas and will not engage in any practice prohibited for a nonprofit corporation operating pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
