Dear Maine brewers and beer lovers, on behalf of the Maine Brewers’ Guild, thank you for your continued patience and support as we’ve worked through a needed transition with the Maine Beer Trail program. After months of ongoing challenges with our prize shipping partner — including delays and unfulfilled orders, we’ve made the difficult decision to terminate the fulfillment relationship. Additionally, after careful consideration, and in light of rising costs and our uncompromising commitment to serving the best interests of Maine's breweries, we’ve decided to retire the physical prize awards associated with the Maine Beer Trail moving forward. Despite this change, the Maine Beer Trail’s map and mobile guide remain a vital tool for both craft beer fans and our breweries, and we will proudly continue offering it as a free resource for all to enjoy. For those who’ve already earned a prize, the Guild will do our absolute best to fulfill existing claims while supplies last. Lastly, with summer just around the corner, we want to express our deep appreciation for the support of all of Maine’s independent craft breweries. Colleague and consumer visits and enthusiasm help our 150+ member breweries thrive — from the coast to the mountains and everywhere in between. 💥 Calling all Maine-based beer professionals + artists! 💥 Would you like to see your work on glasses filled with Maine-made craft beer all over the state? For 207 Beer Week this year, we're running a contest to decide the design of the official 207 Beer Week Glass! These limited 2025-only collectibles are part of an annual rotating design series. Released during 207 Beer Week (Nov. 1-9, 2025) in conjunction with the annual series of brewery events, the pint glasses unify beer lovers, brewers and sellers across the Pine Tree State with a keepsake for year round enjoyment of Maine-made beer. Who can enter: The competition is open to all brewery employees and Maine residents. Theme: This year’s theme for 207 Beer Week is unspecified, but we encourage all artists to consider the designs as celebrations of the unique character of Maine. This could include elements of wildlife (flora and fauna) native to Maine, natural or architectural landscape features, the dynamic regionality of our state, an abstract design, or a depiction of Maine brewing and hospitality.
