Grants to Nonprofits Helping People NOW We are a family foundation focused in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties in California. We believe in giving back and supporting nonprofits that truly help those that are less fortunate or those that have had some hardships in our community. We hope to help fill a void for those whom government church family and friends have failed to provide for adequately. Our Giving Priorities The TWANDA Foundations funding priorities are 1 womens empowerment and economic development 2 education assistance programs and 3 programs that service the needs of people with autism Down syndrome and other disabilities.
