Every Child Has a Chance Its You. What We Do The Mission of CASA is to serve as an independent voice for abused and neglected children in court. CASA volunteers are trained and courtappointed to investigate monitor report and serve as advocates in court for abused and neglected childrens best interest. The CASA volunteer is there to help secure a permanent placement in a safe and caring environment for the child whom heshe serves as a voice in court.
