Calls to action Current Williamstown Projects Our Cole Avenue and Maple Street projects constructed on land obtained from the Williamstown Affordable Housing Trust have been completed. The Cole Avenue home was completed and sold to a new Habitat family in November 2021 and the Maple Street home was completed and sold to new Habitat family in January 2024. Our next project in the planning stages will be a five house development on Summer Street in Williamstown. This land was also obtained from the Williamstown Affordable Housing Trust.
