Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, these circles transitioned to a virtual format, expanding into multiple concurrent cohorts. Recognizing the significant demand, Ellen Remmer joined forces with Janine Firpo, and they officially launched Invest for Better Inc as an independent 501(c)(3) organization on September 15, 2021.

Invest for Better offers a unique learning environment called the "Circle Experience," which provides a supportive community for women to discuss financial goals and learn values-aligned investing strategies.
