Do you remember the saying, " it doesn't matter how many times you get hit, as long as you get back up"? We have a warrior this week that understands how to get back up every time. Theresa Valentic was already dealing with chronic health issues throughout most of her life, but she was living life with the challenges. She also lived through her mother's battle with and survival of pancreatic cancer. Then, her own pancreatic cancer was discovered during routine unrelated surgery. A new battle and another hit, however Theresa once again picked herself up and moved forward with the help of the same medical staff that helped save her mother's life.
