Collecting new toys year-round for over 100 agencies that provide aid and comfort to thousands of children in need throughout the Greater Rochester region. Bringing smiles to kids year-round. . . one toy at a time. Bringing Smiles to Kids Year-Round....One Toy at a Time. The Pirate Toy Fund gives out toys to children in need all year long. We primarily dedicate ourselves to focus on programs that address medical, domestic violence, and financial-need situations. We are completely donor funded.

CoFounded by local childrens entertainer Gary the Happy Pirate and Dave and Lorrie Simonetti the Pirate Toy Fund has distributed over 500000 toys since 1995 and continues to actively pursue new avenues to expand its mission. The founders were inspired by the extraordinary life of Christie Simonetti special friend to Gary and daughter of Dave and Lorrie. Copyright 2025 Pirate Toy Fund.
