THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO IMPROVE THE PRACTICE OF DERMATOLOGY IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND PROMOTE READILY AVAILABLE, OPTIMAL DERMATOLOGICAL CARE TO ALL INDIVIDUALS. THE ORGANIZATION REPRESENTS ITS MEMBERS IN SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL AREAS THAT PROMOTE THE PRACTICE OF DERMATOLOGY. THE STATEWIDE ORGANIZATION RECEIVES DUES FROM ITS MEMBERS LOCATED IN CALIFORNIA AND CONDUCTS AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE FOR ITS MEMBERS.
