🌸 Spring has sprung - which makes it a great time to appreciate a selection of spring flowers from across NEWT's preserves! These photos were taken on wildlands from New York to Maine, where spring ephemerals blanketed the forest floor and provided some of the first color after a long winter. These species are a critical source of early forage for native pollinators.
