Handweavers of the Valley | A guild for fiber artists: weaving, spinning, felting, and more Handweavers of the Valley Welcome. The Handweavers of the Valley HWOTV is a Guild of Fiber Artists based out of Exeter California with members from the Sierras to the coast from Fresno to Bakersfield and points beyond. We have about fifty members many with studios in Three Rivers just outside the south entrance to Sequoia National Park. The Guild began with weavers and expanded to spinners felters knitters and a multitude of other possibilities for fiber artists.
