A non-prophet and not-for-profit community of humanists, freethinkers, skeptics, and other non-theists serving the atheist community of the Seattle area since 2002. We sponsor a variety of events to bring people closer and promote the secular. Seattle Atheists is a community of non-theists where members find a safe, welcoming environment without religious dogma. We aim to promote reason, science, critical thinking, and belief in the goodness of humanity over religion, the supernatural, and mysticism. We are also committed to help people live happy, productive, and meaningful lives by being good without god.
