What is the Foundation The Reading Public Library Foundation is a 501c3 charitable organization committed to raising funds to support the Reading Public Library. The Foundation has established and is focused on expanding an endowment that will provide a long term sustained source of supplemental funds for the Library. About The Foundation For over twenty seven years the Foundation has maintained its focus on raising funds supporting the Library and hosting community events. Growing Our Endowment Focused around our annual campaign the Foundation looks to the generosity of the members of the Reading community including individuals and businesses to grow our endowment.
