We’re saddened to share news of the passing of a former employee, Ronald Waite. Ron joined The Resource Center in 1989 and was with us for 11 years, working as a Production Supervisor at our Dunkirk manufacturing facility. He was friendly and well-liked by co-workers. After retiring, Ron remained in contact with TRC and had been an Active Member of The Resource Center for the past seven years. Ron has a family member who received supports from TRC. We were saddened to learn of the passing of a member of The Resource Center’s family, Kathleen Roehm. Kathy served on our Guardianship Committee, where she helped oversee the care and well-being of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who do not have family members to advocate on their behalf. Kathy gave these people a sense of family and belonging.
