🥇 Citizen Advocates Blue Birds Visit the Olympic Training Center! 🥇 Our Special Olympics team had an unforgettable experience touring the Olympic Training Center, where they met world-class athletes and got a behind-the-scenes look at elite training facilities! Facilities Manager Bill Tavares—a former Olympian who competed in doubles luge in the 1992 Winter Olympics and later coached the U.S. luge team—led the tour. Along the way, our team also met three-time Olympian Tucker West and 2022 Olympian Jonny Gustafson. 🏋️‍♂️ Our Blue Birds explored the largest treadmill in the country, toured top-tier training facilities and even enjoyed lunch with the athletes!
