Residents at Ascent recently came together for a Spring Bash filled with food, games, raffles, and a strong sense of community. Ascent staff supported the event by serving food and hosting games, with our onsite partners from HomeFirst volunteering to lead several rounds of bingo. Activities included bingo, "Guess How Many in the Jar," an egg toss, and a friendly game of pickleball outdoors. 🌷 Knowing that the winter months can often bring feelings of isolation, especially for our Permanent Supportive Housing residents, this event was designed to bring joy, connection, and a renewed sense of energy. We celebrated the Grand Opening of Rancho Las Bolsas, a new affordable housing community within the 270-unit Arrive Temecula master-planned development. This community brings 54 homes to low-income families, along with onsite resident services that support economic stability, education, and overall well-being. Jennifer, a current resident at Rancho Las Bolsas, expressed, “After years of living out of my car and motels, I feel blessed that I no longer have to carry the burden of wondering where I’ll sleep tonight. I’m so thankful for this chance to breathe and rebuild.
